Shipping

  • Processing: Orders are usually shipped within 2–4 business days.

  • U.S. Shipping: We use reliable carriers. Shipping costs:

    • Orders under $100: $5

    • Orders $100 and above: Free

      Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after your order ships.

     

  • Local Pickup: If you’re in San Jose, CA, you can choose Studio Pickup at checkout. We’ll let you know when your order is ready.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we ship only within the United States.

 

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll get a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow it every step of the way.

 

Packaging

Each piece is carefully packed in Soraya’s signature box or pouch — ready to gift or enjoy yourself.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Each Soraya piece is handcrafted with love, and we hope it brings you joy the moment you open it.

All items are final sale, as each design is made in limited quantities and handled with care from start to finish.

That said, your happiness matters to us. If your piece arrives damaged, defective, or not quite right, please reach out within 48 hours of delivery at soraya.silver925@gmail.com with your order number and photos. We’ll do our best to make it right.
